Widescreen Introduction are a 3 piece indie rock / alt rock / jangle pop band formed in Sheffield in late 2025.

Songs are written by Trevor Eriksson-Pattinson, who also plays guitar, sings and handles production duties. Danny Hirst is on drums (he is also in York punk band Sewage Farm), Thomas De Donno is on bass.

We played our first gig in January 2025 supporting the legendary Lydia Lunch, and began recording our debut album in April, with mixing and mastering completed in late July.

Influences include The Beatles, Neil Young, Love, Big Star, Television, The Feelies, The Replacements, Galaxie 500.
